Terms of Service

Last updated: September 22, 2026
Plain-language summary: This is a game. The money and coins in it aren't real, can't be cashed out, and don't cost real money to use for their basic gameplay purpose. Play fairly, don't abuse the service, and understand it's provided as-is.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, playing as a guest, or otherwise using Ambitious Sheep (the "Game," "Service"), operated by its developers ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is a social poker-strategy simulation, not gambling, and is intended for general audiences. You must be able to form a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction to create an account. If you are under the age required by your local law to consent to online services without a parent or guardian, you may only use the Service with that permission.

3. Accounts

You may play as a guest with locally-saved progress, or create an account via email/password or Google sign-in through our authentication provider. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Guest progress is stored only on your device and is not recoverable if lost; signing up lets you back it up to the cloud.

4. Virtual currency — no real-world value

The Game includes in-game currency and items, including but not limited to in-career money/bankroll, gems, and "FRIENDS Coins" used in the separate live-multiplayer mode. These are collectively "Virtual Items." You acknowledge and agree that:

Nothing in the Game constitutes gambling: outcomes may involve chance, but there is no way to wager or win anything of real-world value.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.

6. Live multiplayer

The live-multiplayer mode lets you play against people you invite via a table code. You are responsible for who you share a table code with. We provide tools to block other players; blocking prevents future seating together but does not retroactively affect past sessions.

7. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, art, audio, and design, is owned by its developers and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as the Service itself allows (e.g., normal gameplay).

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that saved progress will never be lost. Nothing in the Game is financial, investment, or gambling advice, and no outcome in the Game reflects real-world stakes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, or Virtual Items, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
